3. Commercial Terms for Services & Training

When purchasing a training session or course, you agree that:

You are responsible for reading the full service description before making a commitment to buy.
You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a service when you complete the check-out payment process.
Prices for our services might be listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

One-on-One Training: We require at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of a training session. Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
Digital Courses: Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued once a user has logged into the course area or accessed the course materials.
Books & Physical Goods: Books purchased via Amazon are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies. We do not handle returns for third-party marketplace purchases.
